How do I share my design file?
You can WhatsApp, email, or bring a USB drive to the studio. We accept PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, JPEG, and PNG files. For large files, we accept Google Drive or WeTransfer links.
What resolution do I need for printing?
For large-format flex: 72–150 DPI at print size. For visiting cards, ID cards, and invitations: 300 DPI at print size. Don't worry — our team will check your file and advise before printing.
How long does printing take?
Small jobs (visiting cards, a single banner) are often ready same-day or next-day. Larger projects like event packages or bulk wedding cards take 2–4 days. Urgent orders are accommodated — just ask.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our in-house team can create or refine layouts, add Telugu/English text, adjust sizing, and prepare print-ready files. Design fees depend on complexity — ask us for a quote.
Do you deliver outside Mahabubnagar?
Most customers collect from our studio. For large orders or special arrangements, we can coordinate courier or transport delivery across Telangana. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
